The crew (Ryan, Raul and Jose) was professional and the initial job walk with Phil Laney resulted in the detail that was exactly needed to stabilize my home foundation in Anaheim Hills, after he took the differential settlement measurements and identified the issue. Everything made complete sense when he showed me the results, and then proposed a scope to address. I got no sense of any attempt to upsell. It was not cheap, but will be well worth it, assuming the problems are resolved, which I am comfortable assuming is the case. The execution was professional, completed today, 11/4/22 and the push pier installations went according to the schedule that was estimated initially. A messy job by nature was kept as unobtrusive as possible and the site was left clean. The crew was organized and knew what they were doing and was excellent at keeping me abreast of the work progress as well as answering questions as they came up. I will update this review in a few months, but am presently happy with the result. I added one photo, of the 12 push piers installed, 2 were placed under my chimney foundation as that too needed to be supported. Those 2 are the in the attached photo. The other 10 piers were installed along the back side of my home and wrapped around one side where I had built a 2 story addition about 15 years ago, which was the origination of the main problem, namely that the new foundation which had been bolted to the original home foundation, was settling differentially as compared to the original footprint. The 10 piers for those exterior walls were spaced about every 8 feet, unlike the 2 for the chimney pad which were closer together. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Dalinghaus. From my initial call with Tom, to the sign-off on the final walk-through, they were all so nice and helpful. They laid out all my options, and let me know what I could and couldn’t go without. The crew that was here for a few days - Axle, Mike, John, Ryan, Raul and Jose - all answered my questions and explained the work that was happening in real time. I feel much more secure now that they’ve come in and fixed my foundation. Thank you!

Dalinghaus did a great job on my foundation repair! While no one wants to have to repair a foundation they were very knowledgable and responsive throughout the process. In addition, the team that did the installation was very professional and kept the work site neat and tidy. The warranty they offer also gives great peace of mind should I experience issues in the future. Great company, great team. great customer service, and overall a great experience on a difficult project.
