Although I did water mitigation immediately and there was no visible mold, I wanted to verify (and certify) that the unit was "mold-free" as I plan to put it up for sale. The Golden State Mold site made it very easy to submit an appointment time request and they were quick to respond with a confirmation. Bret (the sole proprietor at Golden State Mold Inspections) was prompt and very efficient with taking his readings. He did his best to take readings that would cover as much area as possible (yet be sufficient), but because of the configuration of the areas impacted, he still had to take multiple readings, so he was kind enough to give me a little discount, as he charges per reading.
